ANC has published today, on its website, the draft decision regarding the amendment of paragraph (1) of Article 11 of the ANRCTI President’s Decision no.732/2008 on the procedure of granting licenses for the use of radio frequencies in the 3600-3657 MHz and 3700-3757 MHz ranges and the establishment of the licence fee for granting the right to use radio frequencies in the 3657-3685 MHz and 3757-3785 MHz ranges.
The draft decision is available on the ANC website. The interested persons are invited to send their comments and suggestions to the ANC headquarters (2 Delea Noua Street, sector 3, Bucharest) or directly to the ANC registration office, as well as to its territorial branches in the closest county capital city, no later than 27.10.2008. Comments may be sent, as well, by fax, to +40 21 307 54 02, or by e-mail to consultare@anrcti.ro.
