ANCOM, fiscal code: 14751237, Bucharest, 2 Delea Noua Street, Sector 3, invites all the interested persons to participate inthe tenderfor granting two licencesfor the use of radio frequencies in view providingpublic electronic communications networksand publicly available electronic communications services by means ofbroadband wireless access(BWA) systems.
The Terms of Reference are available from 24.11.2008, 14.00, to08.12.2008,at theANCOM headquarters in Bucharest, 2 Delea Noua Street, Sector 3, upon submitting the following documents:
– proof of payment of the non-refundable amount of RON 1500, i.e. the value of the Terms fo Reference, bearing a payment date no later than 17.11.2008, either to the ANCOM cashier in 2 Delea Noua Street, Sector 3, Bucharest, or in the ANCOM account no.RO03TREZ7005025XXX000274 opened at Activitatea de Trezorerie si Contabilitate Publica of Bucharest Municipality, provided that the payment order specifies theAuthority as the Beneficiary, as well as the fact that the payment is due for the Terms of Reference in view of the comparative selection procedure organised fdor the purpose of granting two licences for the use of BWA radio frequencies.

The Terms of Reference may be purchased, Monday to Thursday, from09.00and 16.00,and Fridays from09.00to 14.00.
The deadline for submitting the offers is 05.02.2009, 17.00.
