ANCOM is headquartered in Bucharest, and has five other regional divisions: Bucharest, Cluj, Muntenia, Timis and Iasi, as well as a county office in each county capital city.
Their role is to ensure that the competences of ANCOM are exerted in the territory, as well as to receive requests and notifications from consumers in order to solve them or to send them to the ANCOM headquarters for resolution, as the case may be.
