Announcement on the result of the assessment of offers submitted within the comparative selection procedure for the granting of a licence for the use of radio frequencies in view of providing mobile electronic communications networks and services in the 410-415/420-425 MHz frequency bands
On grounds of the Government Decision no. 61/2008 on the selection procedure for the granting of a national licence for the use of radio frequencies in view of providing data networks and mobile electronic communications services in the 410-415/420-425 MHz frequency bands and of the ANRCTI President’s Decision no. 241/24.03.2008 on the procedure of granting a licence for the use of radio frequencies in view of providing mobile electronic communications networks and services in the 410-415/420-425 MHz frequency bands, the National Regulatory Authority for Communications and Information Technology (ANRCTI) organised the tender for the granting of a licence for the use of radio frequencies in view of providing mobile electronic communications networks and services in the 410-415/420-425 MHz frequency bands.
After the tender commission completed the offer assessment stage, the President of ANRCTI approved the result of the assessment, as shown below:

Therefore, following the offer assessment, the commission established the following classification, based on the scoring grid:
1. S.C. ROMTELECOM S.A. : 86.21 points;
2. association of SAUDI OGER Ltd. and RADIOMOVEL TELECOMUNICACOES S.A.: 75.78 points;
3. association of TACTICAL NETWORK A.S., C.N ROMANIAN POST S.A. and S.C. EUROWEB ROMANIA S.A.: 43.07 points;
4. S.C. NETPOINT S.R.L.: offer rejected in the comparative selection procedure pursuant to the provisions of art. 3.1.1. letter b) of the terms of reference, for failing to submit, by the established deadline, the documents provided in 6.1. letter f) of the terms of reference, under the conditions specified in indent A.1. letter d) therein.
S.C. ROMTELECOM S.A. is declared the winner of the tender for the granting of a licence for the use of radio frequencies in view of providing mobile electronic communications networks and services in the 410-415/420-425 MHz frequency bands.
